This kit contains two NEXT GEL EFFECT nail polishes: ROMANTIQUE, a sheer pink shade for the base, and BLANCO to create the effortless French tip.Step 1: Apply an optional coat of NEXT BASE COAT nail polish.Step 2: Once dry, apply a layer of ROMANTIQUE.Step 3: Once dry, paint a layer of BLANCO to the silicone tip tool.Step 4: While wet, dip the tip of your nail at a 45-degree angle onto the stamper.Step 5: Apply an optional coat of NEXT GEL EFFECT TOP COAT nail polish for a longer lasting shine.
