And because aluminium is such a great heat conductor, food cooks quickly and evenly, both in the oven and on the hob. (It’s safe for all heat sources, including induction.) The aluminium core is tough enough. But MasterClass has added two layers of its superior non-stick coating, to really bring the goods when it comes to durability.
